[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide scanning and digitization services to convert a collection of records to digital format for government authority.
(2) A pre proposal conference will be held on January 11, 2012.
(3) Contract period shall be for two (2) years and it may extend for one (1) additional year.
(4) There are around 350-400 documents per box and around 375 documents per box, and the total amount of documents to scan are around 158,625 documents.
[C] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
