Government Authority located in Louisiana; USA looking for expert vendor for Indexing and Storage of Digital Photography.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide Indexing and Storage of Digital Photography for government authority.
(2) Vendor should provide photographic documentation including electronic indexing, navigation, storage and remote access to the documentation.
(3) This requirement shall be performed on-site and vendor shall have sufficient Personnel, office space, equipment and supplies available to perform the services.
(3) Contract period shall be for one (1) year and it may extend for three (3) additional one year periods.
(4) Each digital image shall be taken with a professional grade camera.
[C] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Onsite. Vendor needs to carry work in our office location.
