[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide microfilmed duplicates of permanent documents through the upload of images to an FTP site for government authority.
(2) Monthly average number of frames to be microfilmed is up to 165,000. Estimated two year total is up to 4,200,000 frames.
(3) Contract period shall be for two (2) years and it may extend for one (1) additional two years period.
[C] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
