We are Tennessee; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for Digitization of Newspaper.
[A] Notice Type: RFQ (Request for Quotation)
[B] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[C] Scope of Service:
(1) VOLUME: Approximately 100000 newspaper pages, scanned from 35 mm negative microfilm.
(2) Service Provider will deliver files for each original object supplied, including TIFF, PDF, JPEG2000 and optical character recognition (OCR) output files.
(3) Additionally, metadata at the issue/edition and page level will also be delivered by Service Provider.
(4) Delivery Media: We will furnish 1 Terabyte magnetic storage media required for image delivery. Service Provider should keep a backup copy of files until ...
