(1) Vendor needs to provide restoration, preservation, and digitization service for historical records (books, loose paper documents and rolls of microfilm) using scanning resolution at 300 dpi in TIFF Group 4 file format.
- Approximate work volume will be 6,830 books, as well as loose paper documents (together totaling approximately 4.4 million pages), and 100,000 rolls of microfilm.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on December 16, 2020.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than January 7, 2021.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
