[A] Budget: looking for proposal

[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide paper to digital records scanning, indexing and disposition services using scanning resolution at 300 dpi in multiple file formats including TIFF, GeoTIFF, JPEG, PDF etc.
- records management services which include, but are not limited to: pick-up of records from City owned locations, scanning, indexing, imaging, and media conversion of City records, and compliant destruction of records
- to reduce the amount of storage space required for physical documents by scanning all documents into to a digital format
- capability to scan single-sided, double-sided, and large format documents such as building plans, blueprints, architectural drawings, etc. Documents may contain text and/or graphics.
(2) Approximately work volume will be 45,475 pages over the past 12 months.
(3) A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on January 6, 2021.
(4) All questions must be submitted no later than January 11, 2021.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
