(1) Vendor needs to provide document imaging and indexing services in TIFF and XML file format as needed
- All work will be completed remotely through an established secure network connection,
- County will export images and data and FTP to successful contractor for indexing and verification. Images will be in TIFF format with corresponding data be contained in XML file format. County will work with their software vendor, Helion, to ingest the verified data.
(2) Work volume will be indexing of around 74,200 documents that are currently backlogged due to COVID-19 changes.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
