Vendor needs to provide digitization services of zoning maps for the office of planning, zoning, and community development.
- Creation of a Geographic Information System (GIS) database, specifically the digitization of zoning maps: Create a GIS base map with all available base mapping layers, Create a county wide zoning layer to be included in the GIS database utilizing the current “onion skin” paper maps (approximately 600-700 maps), Provide the County with an ESRI GIS database which is usable between all departments needing access to the database, Complete said project within a 12-month period.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
