- Describe the workflow capability for automatically uploading, indexing, and assigning metadata for documents received as email attachments
- Describe the ability to send document links to external users that allow access only to a specific document for a specified amount of time
- Describe the search ability of your system (keyword, date, full text search, etc.)
- Describe the reporting capabilities of your system
- Enterprise content management and document management systems that can be used to by and their customers – including using different metadata and attributes (dependent upon customer and type of documents), automated “smart rules” to apply management metadata and indexing, robust search and reporting, and very importantly, the ability to migrate from an existing system to the new system
