Vendor needs to provide document scanning services for scanning building permit records to paper building permit files to be scanned in multi-page PDF,
- text and drawings are black and white at 300 dpi,
- Photographs is colour at 300 dpi,
- Each folder of records shall be scanned as one document and the order of the documents within each folder shall be maintained in the scanned record,
- The file name shall be the 8‐digit parcel identification number on the vertical edge of each folder, etc.

[D] Work Performance:

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.

[E] Proposal Submission:
