(1) Vendor needs to provide paper document to digital format and microfilm rolls conversion service.
- Document preparation.
- Document scanning.
- Create an Access database of copied files
• Database to be provided on thumb drive or equivalent.
• Information to be accessed via an indexed retrievable system
- Indexing of information for Access database via keyword searches:
• File Name
• Roll Number and frame number.
• Paper copy of indexing parameters
- Convert digitized microfilm to PDF
- Non-blipped 16 mm rolls of film
(2) Approximate work volume will be 50,000 pages.
(3) Contract term will be three years.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);

[D] Work Performance:

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
