(1) Vendor needs to provide paper to digital document scanning and imaging services using scanning resolution at 300 DPI in TIFF file format.
(2) Approximately work volume will be 3,00,000 pages.
- Pick up files and documents from designated locations across the county weekly to process and scan boxes and files shall be kept secured during all phases of transporting, scanning, and delivery
- Index file by employee name and id number
- Provide double key data entry option to confirm information entered is accurate.
