[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide microfiche conversion services
- To convert permanent microfiche records into an electronic format
- identified ten broad categories of records that office needs converted
- requests a folder for each of the ten categories, and that each document be converted to a TIF file within the appropriate folder
- There may be 100 slides with 10,000 total images
- There is only one version of the records we are converting
- There may be 100 slides with 10,000 total images. requests to receive a 1099R folder with 10,000 TIFs in sequential order within that 1099R folder,
- to have the work completed on-site in our office, if possible. If the work is to be performed off-site, the effort will need to be coordinated to ensure the documents leaving our office will be converted at a time that is not necessary to conduct normal business operations.
(2) Approximate work volume will be include converting roughly 100 inches of microfiche slides and approximately 85 reels, conservatively estimating approximately 250,000 documents may need to be converted.
(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than March 15, 2022.
