(1) Vendor needs to provide paper to digital document scanning services for criminal history records using scanning resolution at 300 dpi and 600 dpi in searchable PDF images and files.
- All images will be scanned in color at a minimum of 300 dpi.
- All fingerprints and photos will be scanned at a minimum of 600 dpi.
(2) Approximate work volume will be 80,000 paper criminal case files to digital case files (approximately 4,200,000 images).

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
