[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide paper to digital scanning, digitizing and indexing services using scanning resolution at 300 dpi in searchable TIFF and PDF file format.
- Scanning, digitizing and indexing services that will include document indexing and imaging, document reporting and quality control, document receiving and handling, document inventory tracking, document transportation, records accessibility, records destruction, and records and document assumptions with professional services.
(2) Approximate work volume will be 250 pages of various sizes.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than March 21, 2022.
(4) Contract term will be two years.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
