[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to convert digital image into microfilm using scanning resolution at 300 DPI in TIF file format.
- Utilize the highest available quality 16mm microfilm.
- Maps measure 18” x 24” inches and result in larger images which have been written to 35mm film.
- Create sets of silver-halide film and duplicate microfilm:
i. Official Record - one silver, one duplicate
ii. Official Record Public - one silver, one duplicate
iii. Vitals - one silver, two duplicates
iv. Maps - one silver, one duplicate
(2) Average image pages are 200,000 monthy for official records, 3,300 monthy for vital records, and 800 annually for maps.
(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than April 4, 2022
(4) The contract period will be for three years.
