[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide document center services.
- Document center is an integral part of the eligibility operations and handles the intake of mailed applications as well as the scanning and classification of documents using a software solution, enabling the creation and processing of electronic case information.
- The intake, processing, and electronic case record indexing of eligibility supporting documentation
- Centralized document handling from different electronic and physical sources (prep, open, scan, separate, optical character recognition (OCR) error correction, quality assurance, operation of mail room equipment)
- Inbound mail handing (physical mail picks up and acceptance, staging, sorting and counting)
- Return mail handling (sort and package documents, log return mail activities)
- Organization, retention, and destruction of client non-original documents
- Processing electronic data input in supported software or hardware
- Manual document classification when needed
- Quality assurance and Service Level Agreement (SLA) reporting
(2) A pre-proposal Conference will be held on April 18, 2022.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than April 22, 2022.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
