[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide records and scanning management support service.
- Records archiving, document scanning; records management support services.
- Transport, retrieve and warehouse confidential departmental documents or files. Physical records must be stored in a location from which travel to deliver a stored file.
- Scan sensitive documents and transmit to a secure file transfer protocol. Documents will vary in size and can be as small as business cards and typically no larger than legal seized documents. They should be scanned as is and can contain color and graphics.
- Safe guard documents from adverse elements ( e.g. water damage, fire, etc)
- Retrieve and transport requested documents or files for review within 24 hours of request.
- Review, separate and image documents.
- Transmit images to a secure file transfer protocol or update as needed.
- Ensure the confidentiality of all documents warehoused.
- Shred specified documents upon request.
- Provide an inventory of stored files on a monthly basis.
(2) An Optional pre-proposal Conference will be held on April 19, 2022.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
