Vendor needs to provide paper to digital document digitize service using scanning resolution at 300 to 400 dpi in multiple file format including TIF, JP2, .PDF, and OCR.
- deliver digital images and data for each newspaper page on the microfilm for newspapers
- digital files will include TIFF, JPEG2000 and PDF images and optical character recognition (OCR) output files
- File with OCR text and associated bounding boxes.
(2) Approximately work volume will be 100,000 pages from a newspaper collection on 35 mm negative microfilm for the National Digital Newspaper Program.

Performance of the work will be Onsite and Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
