[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide paper to digital document scanning services using 300 dpi scanning resolution in PDF format.
- files are currently stored in lateral file cabinets or in boxes on shelves. The best current
estimate of our files stored on premises is 4,000,000 pages. This estimate was made using
standards in the industry such as a 30- inch lateral file drawer containing 4500 page, 150
pages in an inch of paper documents and a banker s box containing between 2000-2200
pages. This constitutes our on-site files (our active cases).
(2) All question must be submitted no later than May 6, 2022.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
