[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide document management software and digital imaging services for network scanning and copying.
• Scanning/upload, including optical character recognition (OCR)
• Document editing, including annotation and masking
• Electronic signature
• Archival and retention management
• Forms development and workflow
• Document security and access management
• Export and sharing
• Integration capabilities with other District technology systems
• digital scanning and imaging services for approximately 1,000 banker boxes of paper documents which must be digitally archived in the new document management system
• These documents include student records, employee records, financial documents and blueprints
• Electronically scan records/paper files, indexing by last/first/middle names/graduation date/dob (for student records) and indexing by staff name, department, location, fiscal year for other types of documents.
(2) A vendor pre-bid conference call will be held on April 22, 2022.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than April 25, 2022.

Performance of the work will be Onsite and Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
