[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide legal document scanning services.
- Provide tracking and secure transportation of the boxes to the contractor’s facility for organization and scanning.
- Store all documents and perform the scanning service in a gated, secure facility with key card access, 24/7 camera video surveillance, and independently monitored fire and security protection systems.
- Provide an index sheet by folder description. It is estimated that document scanning will require entry of 50 key strokes per 100 scanned pages.
- Provide quality control and data validation during scanning. Digital documents must correspond with their hard copy originals.
(2) Approximately work volume will be 2,500 pages per box.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than May 5, 2022.
