(1) Vendor needs to provide data entry services for the unemployment insurance quarterly contribution application.
- Use encrypted SFTP method to transfer wage files between the State and the contractor
- Data keyed will have to be entered twice for verification. The data keyed is the same data with the same defaults, field size, headings, etc.
- Employer and wage information will be entered by the contractor into their own database and then transferred into the state’s web-based system.
(2) Approximately quantity of sources forms per year will be 22,000 pages and Estimated records per year 150,000 records.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);

[D] Work Performance:

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
