[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide scanning and conversion services of data on school bus trip tickets to convert scanned pdf image files into a data file using optical character recognition technology making them readily accessible through a network-based document management system.
- Contractor shall retrieve scanned trip tickets file on a weekly basis from the secure file transfer protocol site.
- Contractor shall allow the optical character recognition software to complete an effective and accurate extraction of the data.
- Contractor shall provide the scanned PDF image files (scanned document files) to OSSEDOT via Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP).
- Contractor shall provide secure data storage for all electronic documents retrieved and ensure that files and data are handled and transferred in a secure manner.
- Contractor shall provide a confidence percentage for each record indicating the Contractor’s confidence in the OCR transcription of the record.
(2) Approximately work volume will be 15,750 tickets/per week.
