[*] Scope of Service:

1) Vendor needs to provide microfilming services including medical records, personnel records, fiscal records (including ledger pages, invoices, and receipts), banking records (including statements, resolutions, and checks), legal records (including briefs, dockets, and court cases), school records (including transcripts and administrative, personnel, accounting, and retirement records), as well as confidential records (such as adoption or probation/parole).
- preparation of all documents for microfilming by removal of staples, paper clips, clamps, or fasteners, by trimming ragged edges or torn corners and repairing mutilated pages
- Removing of oversize documents for separate microfilming or other disposition and the placement of special targets specifying new locations of documents
- develop project sheets which state all essential instructions for document preparation, microfilming, scanning, duplication, production of special formats (jackets, aperture cards, etc.), indexing, guide formatting, disposal and any special (non-standard) requirements for each microfilm/scanning project undertaken
- Support documentation to supplement billing invoices on demand or as normal course of business
(2) Approximately work volume will be 2,750,000 copies of images.
