[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide paper to digital document scanning and processing services using scanning resolution at 300 x 300 dots per inch (dpi).
- Scanned documents may be scanned in black/white, gray scale, true color (24-bit), or 256 colors (8-bit), depending on the type of document.
- Contractor may be required to manipulate pdf and image file formats in order to rotate, remove, and re-order pages.
- The Contractor shall create progress notes to link scanned or imported clinical documents.
- For electronic records importing, the contractor shall perform the following items: pages are sequenced in order; all pages are present, pages are readable; page orientation is accurate, etc.
- Scanned documents shall be an exact replica of the original document.
(2) Approximately work volume will be 3,000,000 document sets per year.

Performance of the work will be Offsite and Onsite.
