[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide microfilm and microfiche to digital format records conversion in approximately scanning resolution 300 DPI, Bitonal or Grayscale service.
- Student records on 16mm microfilm both on reels as well as microfiche with each fiche card holding approximately 208 images.
- The images are old and deteriorating. In an effort to preserve these important records CPSB wants to digitize them and maintain access as required.
(2) Approximately scanning record:
- 875 - 16mm x 100’ microfilm reels include 24X simplex microfilm and 40X duplex (2 channels on the microfilm reels)
- 500 - 105mm computer output (COM) microfiche cards (flat film) with dark background
- 500 - 105mm step and repeat microfiche cards (flat film) with clear background
- 1,500 - Paper images stored in expanding files (5 files with approximately 300 images per file) at BT Washington school
- 1,000 - 3 x 5 microfilm index cards
(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than May 31, 2022
