Vendor needs to provide record imaging service.
- Off-site scanning of documents to create electronic copies. Must be capable of scanning in color at a minimum of 200dpi large format.
- Quality control checks of images, including verifying quantity of scanned pages.
- Must be capable of reading bar codes to link permit data to scans.
- Electronic transfer of images and cataloged data to City.
- Imaging capabilities and quality including color and dpi.
- This includes large volumes of plans, calculations and administrative documents. It is anticipated the project will span several years as documents are prepared by in house staff to be imaged.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
