[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal

[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide microfilm conversion services.
- 16mm planetary camera shall convert the records described in Sections (B)(1) and (B)(2) of these Specifications to 16mm microfilm. Each roll must be 16mm x 100 feet in length.
- Index each 16mm x 100’ roll identifying the contents thereof by town and section, box, and lot (SBL) in a range
- Endeavor to not split records relating to a town between rolls whenever possible.
- Pick-up the records to be converted to microfilm
- Thirty calendar days from the date the county notifies vendor that the hardcopy records are available for pickup
- Original 16mm x 100’ rolls of the converted records
- Diazo 16mm x 100’ duplicate rolls
- Original hardcopy records
(2) Approximately work volume will be on average ten standard corrugated file boxes of the documents must be converted to microfilm annually.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than June 7, 2022.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
