[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide document scanning and destruction services using scanning resolution at 300 DPI.
- Agency has paper personnel files for active and terminated employees, these personnel files need to be scanned to electronic images and indexed, after scanning, the paper records must be tracked on a destruction log and then shredded
- All documents to be scanned and then shredded are confidential:
• Scanning will occur onsite at state university
• The selected vendor should be equipped with scanners
• Banner xtender will be used for indexing and retaining the scanned documents.
(2) A mandatory site visit will be held on June 1, 2022.
(2) All questions must be submitted in written no later than June 3, 2022.
