[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide paper to digital documents or records scanning service using scanning resolution at 300 PPI in PDF file format.
- Transport, scan, and deliver records back to the agency.
- Scan all documents in color
- All the files will need to be packed up by the contractor and put into approximately 25 boxes.
- Hard copy documents will be furnished in 6 part redweld folders. Documents include Forms (8.5 x 11") and Oversized documents (large format blueprints are folded; large format sizes include 8.5" x 24" and 3' x 6'). Majority of documents will be 8.5 x 11"; some documents will be wide format. Contractor will be required to separate each page for scanning/conversion.
- Average pages per file is 50
- To provide one pdf per file (redweld) named using the 8 character ID on the folder label
- Documents may be fragile, have frayed edges, and be of poor quality. Some documents are good quality originals.
- Documents include some irregular sizes 4ftx6ft and other irregular docs. Super thin Pink green onion paper carbon copies. There are staples, hole punches, 100 year old tape, etc.
- Disassemble the furnished document before scanning
- Remove binding before scanning.
- Re-assemble, re-bind furnished documents in the same order or manner as received.
(2) Approximately work volume will be 40,000 pages.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
