Vendor needs to provide digitization and transfer of visual survey video tapes.
- Transfer the complete content of the visual survey video tape library (approximately 860 tapes) to digital video files on the supplied hard drives. The digital video files will be in Audio Video Interleave (AVI) format, and preserve the original video tape resolution, audio channels, and time code on the source tape.
- Organize the digital video files on the hard disk using a directory structure and naming convention. The purpose of this naming convention is to easily associate the digital video files with their source and relevant survey information.
- When transfers are complete, the contractor will physically meet with staff to return the video tapes and hard drives containing the transferred digital video files.
