[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide document scanning services scanning, document enhancement, indexing for documents within the county.
- Personnel requirements needed
- Documents to be processed
- The level of redaction needed
- The indexing to be performed
- The format of the final document to be delivered
- The quality required (e.g., dpi, color, scaling, noise reduction, etc.)
- Disposition of the original files at the end of the process
- The turnaround time for processing the documents
- Cost of the services
- Any innovative technologies that are available for the processing of the documents
- Any other factors that may affect the processing of the documents
- Contractor shall maintain the confidentiality of all documents and records.
(2) Approximately work volume will be 2500 banker boxes per month and 1000 documents per month.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than July 7, 2022.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
