[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide paper to digital document imaging and conversion services includes physical storage of documents, destruction of documents, secure cloud-based storage of imaged documents, and other services.
- Images may be in single or multi-page TIFF files.
(2) Approximate work volume records in each box will vary between 7500 and 10,000 records.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than August 1, 2022.
(4) A mandatory virtual proposer’s conference will be held on July 18, 2022.
(5) Contract term will be six years.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
