[*] Scope of Service:

Vendor needs to provide Digitization of Records Services to provide Electronic Records Management Solutions including document imaging and FTP file transfer for multiple facilities within its area of operations.
- Document sizes include 8.5” x 11”, 8.5” x 14”, 8.5” x 17”, 24” x 36” and 36” x 48”. Document types include files such as building permits, HR records, and Utility records. The files average about 25 pages per document. Files are well organized and labeled with an average number of staples for these types of files. Large format plans will be rolled and or folded. Image quality should be 300 DPI, Black and White or better. Estimated quantities are provided in the itemized bid sheet.
- The digitized records would be delivered via secure FTP Transfer or equivalent and shall be formatted for import to Laserfiche.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
