(2) Scan approximately 22 shelves of the high-density units measuring approximately 48” long with 88 linear feet of documents, 5700 pages per shelf and file cabinets are filled with paper files. file cabinets measure 48-inches long. the approximate number of documents that need to be scanned total 500,000 pages of paper.
(3) This bid is set aside for total small business.
