[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide historic aerial film scanning services for this historic and irreplaceable resource, convert the film to digital format using scanning resolution at 12.5 micron/2032 dpi in TIFF file format.
- Film is of variable quality, including film material that is vintage and fragile that must be handled with great care.
- Utilization of DWR Database indexing Microsoft Excel spreadsheet, as supplied by the Contract Manager, indexing all scanned deliverables
- Digital files will be delivered on a rolling, as-produced basis, in monthly intervals
- Image fiducial marks need to be included in the scan for each image and used to properly orient the film during scanning. - Electronic files must be catalogued in a DWR provided Excel template.
- Photogrammetric camera calibration files image must be scanned and retained in project folder.
(2) Approximately work volume will be  615,000 rolls.
(3) A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on July 27, 2022.
(4) All questions must be submitted no later than July 28, 2022.
