(1) Vendor needs to provide electronic document imaging and indexing services using scanning resolution at 150-300 DPI in PDF and TIFF file format.
- Scanning may contain flat and folded documents of varying sizes and large format drawing and plan sets.
- The document papers vary in thickness and weight. most are standard-weight paper, suitable for copying and printing
- Some files contain color photos
- Many files are stapled and folded.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 22, 2022.
