(1) Vendor needs to provide file conversion services
- The conversion will consist of a physical file inventory each file is removed and all the information is entered into a database by laptop and forwarded to the vendors factory.
- The vendor will then create a new color coded folder with fasteners to match the existing office file system.
- The folders will be sent back to office and the vendor staff will remove the contents of the folder and place into the new folder and return to the existing high density shelving.
- The vendor will set up the online software for the agency to make their own labels in the future.
(2) Approximate work volume will be 5,500 files in a file conversion.
(3) This bid is set aside for Small Business.
