[B] Scope of Service:

Vendor needs to provide historic building documentation to prepare archival photographic prints and transparencies of historically significant murals and architectural features according to National Park Service to the government authority located in Washington.
- Prepare large format 4”x5” black and white film negatives and prints contact printed on appropriate archival paper showing all building elevations and the most distinguishing architectural features as determined by the Portland Area IHS and the attached report by its consulting architectural historian.
- Prepare duplicate large format 4”x5” black and white film negatives and prints contact printed on archival paper and color photographs on transparency film of Edgar Disautel murals.
- Prepare a cover sheet and photo index for each set of photographs according to historic american buildings survey (HABS) guidelines.
- Include site plans showing the locations of each of the photographs as figures at the end of each photo index.
- Submit two copies of documentation package to include black and white photographic negatives and prints, color transparencies, cover sheets, and photo indices to the NPS HDP.
