[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide reprographic services of tour reports using scanning resolution at 300 DPI in PDF, OCR file format
- Reprographic vendors experienced in the conversion of various physical artefacts to electronic formats.
- Scanning physical artefacts of varying paper types, sizes, and quality to electronic format.
- Converting other physical artefact formats (e.g., microfiche, microfilm, photographs, negatives, CD’s/DVD’s, VHS, audio tapes, and aperture cards) to an electronic format.
- producing searchable optical character recognition (OCR) PDF’s.
- review images for readability, legibility, correct page orientation, correct order of pages; review converted VHS/audio tapes/CDs/DVDs for clarity of sound and visuals.
- consistently meeting service levels and quality standards; and
- delivering on-going services with flexibility to adapt to changing business requirements, which may involve fluctuating volumes and changing data sets.
(2) Approximate work volume will be 340,000 drilling and completion reports.
(3) A pre-proposal meeting will be held on July 18, 2022
(4) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 19, 2022.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
