[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide digital document and content accessibility remediation services
- Document remediation services, including but are not limited to,
- Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel formats from PC and Mac versions
- PDF documents and PDF forms from PC and Mac versions of Word or other document formats
- Document formats, including PDFs, with math and science content
- Scanned documents, including but not limited to converting the image of text into searchable text with the correct reading order and structure
- Accessible alternate versions and alternate text for charts, graphs, and complex images - Document Remediation to be Performed:
- Regular documents from Word or other file types to PDF
- Moderately complex documents from Word or other file types to PDF
- Complex documents from Word or other file types to PDF
- Highly complex documents from Word or other file types to PDF (with very complex tables, extensive use of symbols and colors)
- Scanned documents to PDF
- Scanned documents with math or science content to PDF
- Document reformatting
- PDF Form Services to be Performed:
- Simple fillable PDF forms
- Medium complex fillable PDF forms
- Extensive fillable PDF forms.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 28, 2022.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
