[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide document conversion service in pdf, tif, tiff, jpg, and jpeg file format
- The project shall proceed while following the same steps and procedures that were executed during the pilot until the entire record series is converted to digital form.
- Records processing Vendor image, Document Review and Redact, and publish records to the agency’s Enterprise Content Management Application.
- Approximate work volume will be:
- Microfilm Rolls (vary from 100 to 200 feet): 3,198
- Microfiche Sheets (up to 60 images per sheet): 115,330
- Boxes (16"x12.5"x10.5") of Paper Records: 52,015
- Estimated number of electronic pages to DRR: 42,333,115
- Document Review and Redact workflow, currently .pdf, .tif, .tiff, .jpg, and .jpeg, shall be accepted.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 1, 2022.
