(1) Vendor needs to provide paper to digital document scanning and conversion services using scanning resolution at 300 dpi in multiple file format including PDF, TIFF and OCR.
- digital scanning of documents, performing Optical Character Recognition and saving the scans as high-resolution TIFF image files AND PDF files onto an external hard drive.
- Save each file as a multi-page PDF file, as applicable.
- Final scans MUST be searchable.
(2) Approximately work volume will be 12,000 documents.
