(1) Vendor needs to provide paper to digital document conversion and imaging services in TIFF and pdf file format compatible for direct upload into the Records Management document management platform.
- performing document imaging and indexing of paper documents by creation of an electronic format for Agency records received in the course of official business
- provide page counts per document for verification of 100% image capture during quality assurance phase.
- The vendor shall have an office location within 100 miles of the Records Management Building located at Bartow, FL.
(2) Approximately work volume will be 26,000 ARCH D & ARCH E documents.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than September 6, 2022.
