Vendor needs to provide archival image capture services using scanning resolution at 300 and 600 DPI in DF and TIFF file format.
- Capture Images at a minimum of 300 dpi at 256 gray levels, ensuring the highest quality for poor contrast and legibility.
- Capture maps at a minimum of 600 dpi.
- Accumulate images as Group IV bi-tonal images in a standard PDF or TIFF format.
- Ensure optimum image quality with custom image clean up and enhancements such as deskew, despeckle, character repair, polarity reversal, and zonal processing.
- Crop excess blank space around image, including manual crop when necessary.
- Name images at case level by book, volume and page (or other requested fields).
- Group images together to form documents. Group and index cases to form documents by case number.
- Page validation
- Optimize and scale images for system output.
- Addition of electronic annotations.
- Split images when multiple documents exist on a single page.
- Stitching.
