[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide paper to digital imaging services with 600 DPI TIF in Laserfiche file format includes prepping, scanning, and indexing personnel files and converting to Laserfiche file format using the employee’s name and number when available.
- Approximately 20,000 files to scan. The files pages are typically letter and legal sizes, some pages are double sided.
- The files range from 40 to 220 pages each.
- On-site scanning services but may consider off site services.
a. If on site scanning is not an option the files shall be picked up and transferred in a company owned and operated vehicle by a company employee with appropriate documentation of custody and transferred responsibility for the security of the files and data contained therein.
b. Files taken off site for scanning will be available to access by the district on an as needed basis.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 20, 2022
