(1) Vendor needs to provide adobe forms conversion services has been using adobe experience manager forms to present fillable pdf forms to internal users to complete and file and print. With the demise of internet explorer and the acrobat plugin, the XFA forms will no longer work. The solution is to present the forms as HTML5 forms to the users. has 154 form templates that need to be modified to work with HTML5.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 13, 2022.
(3) A contract period will be for one year.
