[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide digitization services of subdivision maps for scanning and digitizing of approximately 900 platt maps covering all of county to capture subdivisions and create a geodatabase of these subdivisions with related metadata. 
- Platt Map Scanning
o Assess and prepare maps for scanning by repairing any damage edges
o Scan maps in B&W
o Organize and name scans for easy accessibility
- Geodatabase Creation
o Georeferenced the scanned maps in a controlled environment using ArcGIS georeferencing tools. Scanned maps would align to the current Delaware County parcel boundaries.
o Digitize the subdivisions by using available tools in ArcGIS. Verify topology connectivity of the polygons using ArcGIS.
o Create fields to capture the subdivision data visible on the platt maps.
o Generate metadata for the geodatabase.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on October 4,2022.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than October 5, 2022.
