[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide paper to digital document scanning, digitizing, and indexing services using scanning resolution 300 dpi in pdf format.
• Scanning of records to digital image electronic format as PDF with associated document indexes for access and records retention.
• Document scanning/digital image with indexing in proper orientation at a minimum of 300 dpi.
• Scanned documents must be made searchable, either within the ImageTeck solution
• Optical Character Recognition Services (OCR). This process shall provide an accurate conversion of image data into a searchable PDF format
• Optionally provide a software-based solution where converted documents can be stored with a searchable index of all scanned records.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 27, 2022.
(3) A Final day to request a mandatory pre-bid presentation October 24-26, 2022.
